How Much is your Home Really Worth?

I've lived in Carson Grove 45 years now, grew up on Bathgate Drive and am raising my Family on Whiterock Street.  I care about this neighborhood, its history, its residents and of course, its housing values.  As a Realtor I'm constantly monitoring Real Estate trends and sales, and as a Grover I'm interested as well.  

I'm sure you've all seen one of your neighbors sell their home for what you thought was a little low (or maybe surprisingly high), and wondered what your home could fetch on the open market.  Well, determining the value of most homes in Ottawa is as simple (for us Realtors, anyways) as comparing past sales with current trends and coming up with an acceptable list price.  But not in Carson Grove, where housing values are skewed on a monthly basis.
